  • Interoception: How to read your own internal signals
  • Real-time regulation techniques you can use in the moment
  • How to get your prefrontal cortex back online when you're triggered

The Outcome: You'll have practical tools you can use immediately. You'll feel more in control of your reactions.

Week 3: Master Communication

What You'll Learn:

  • The Tactical Pause: How to create space before you react
  • How to listen without fixing or defending
  • The difference between hearing and understanding
  • How to have conversations that actually resolve things
